D.E.KE.K. was established in Kavala in 1995 as a nonprofit organization providing a high-level vocational training for the unemployed people of our city, as well as combating the social exclusion for the so called 'sensitive' target groups of population. It is approved by the national authorities (National Accreditation Center of Vocational Training Structures and Accompanying Support Services - Hellenic Ministry of Labor) Since its establishment, successfully designed and organized and implemented dozens of Vocational Training Programs to help and support the unemployed people - mostly young people - of the city.
