ิhe CHEAP ART idea started 3 years ago. In December 1995, an exhibiton called CHEAP ART, presented a number of small low priced works by 16 artists. The works exhibited aimed to be the means of introduction between the artist and the public. Every visitor to the exhibition could aquire a work of art he liked and at the same time come in contact with its creator. This enabled to strengthen the communication between the artist and the art visiting public.
